At Blue Ridge Yoga, we are dedicated to you and the transformational process of yoga! We will host our teacher training in our safe and beautiful space where you will feel comfortable asking questions, making friends, and of course changing your life through yoga! 

Our program offers additional anatomy and teaching methodology so you feel confident in your knowledge. Our program will give you the ability to teach a variety of classes and tailor them to the population you are teaching. 

We believe that through yoga we can change our lives to become more fulfilled. We are excited to share this knowledge with you and will continue to support and guide you even after your training ends!
