In this workshop you will learn techniques from the traditional Eastern Asian practice of Gua Sha as well as some face fascia and face yoga techniques with a focus on the following benefits: tension release, promoting circulation and lymphatic drainage, reducing inflammation, and strengthening and toning facial muscles. These techniques are known to increase collagen and hyaluronic acid production in the skin cells. Come join us for a stress-relieving and grounding ritual!
