We're gathering at The French Market Creperie on Thursday, July 17th at 12pm for a Community Brunch—and we’d love to see you there. This is a chance to connect off the mat, share laughs, and build deeper community. Friends and family are absolutely welcome, so bring your crew and come hungry!

Kitten Yoga!
Join us for the purr-fect combo of yoga and adorable kittens! Led by our animal-loving instructor Sarah, this playful, beginner-friendly class features sweet, adoptable kittens from Young-Williams Animal Center. The cost to participate is $30 and all proceeds go directly to the kittens at YWAC!
Can’t make it in person? Donate just $10 by signing up for livestream—your contribution goes specifically toward kitten formula, which the shelter has told us they urgently need this season.
